Use or not to use "WWW." in your website URL?

The World Wide Web (abbreviated 𝖶𝖶𝖶 or the Web) is an information space where documents and other web resources are identified by Uniform Resource Locators (𝖴𝖱𝖫s), interlinked by hypertext links, and can be accessed via the Internet.
I believe you should always promote 𝖧𝖳𝖬𝖫 (𝖶𝖶𝖶 or the Web) technology, preventing it from falling into oblivion. The danger is real because these days 𝖠𝖯𝖯𝖲 are up and 𝖶𝖶𝖶 is getting lower. Still, it is the cheapest, cross-platform technology for distributing all sorts of content. In some alternate reality world without 𝖶𝖶𝖶, 𝖠𝖯𝖯𝖲 would be very lonely, almost impossible for upkeeping, not democratic (meaning very expensive intended for a small group of people). Please be careful and always use "𝖶𝖶𝖶." in front of your brand 𝖴𝖱𝖫.
I don't know why 𝖢𝖤𝖱𝖭 in Switzerland doesn't use it anymore. It was invented there by their employee for scientific purposes.

Is it because of the unfavorable meaning of the original "web" word?

Spider web - Wikipedia

Webs allow a spider to catch prey without having to expend energy by running it down. Thus it is an efficient method of gathering food. However, constructing the web is in itself an energetically costly process because of the large amount of protein required, in the form of silk.

Interdigital webbing - Wikipedia

Interdigital webbing is the presence of membranes of skin between the digits. Normally in mammals, webbing is present in the embryo but resorbed later in development, but in various mammal species it occasionally persists in adulthood. In humans, it can be found in those suffering from 𝖫𝖤𝖮𝖯𝖠𝖱𝖣 syndrome and from Aarskog-Scott syndrome.

Stephen Hawking Thinks AI Could Help Robots Take Over The World

Artifical intelligence in robots could eventually allow them to replace humans.

Nevertheless, please be careful while programming and, as Google would say it: "Do the right thing". I believe that including "𝖶𝖶𝖶." in your website 𝖴𝖱𝖫 is the right thing, it shouldn't be taken for granted.

I'm sure that some Internet gurus call 𝖶𝖶𝖶
veni, vidi, vici (I came, I saw, I conquered😃
