My view of reducing bureaucracy: #opengov

Open Government Partnership |

For the Open Government Partnership model to work, lots of people need to get involved.
I look forward to "Paperless country (e-Croatia)", a project similar to Paperless office, scheduled to start in 2020. I hope there will be no delays or setbacks. I'm not fully familiar with its roadmap but I hope it will reduce bureaucracy (psychocracy) and increase competition and new ideas in the market.

Automated and open administration will eradicate organized crime with proper settings.

Do you remember Microsoft's "Office Assistant"? - A few people actually used it, but I think now it would be nice to have some guidance and assistance through life (getting the right document from one office to another) to get things done, especially if you are a business owner.

My view of sending astronauts back to the Moon

The Moon is seismically active, moonquakes are often and last a long time, please be careful. New building materials should be used there for the construction. #SaveTheMoon 😃

I'm positive that this step of sending astronauts back to the Moon will open the doors to the Universe for many ordinary people as well.

In this busy world, there are some things said unclearly regarding Information Age and Job Market. It's a win-win situation. I want to believe in lifelong learning and in the real value of "know-how", there should be (Universal) Basic Income available to motivate work.  A.I. can fail in some simple tasks (not to know how to do something) and there is no need for the people to feel threatened by Information Age technology. For example fifteen years after the Dot-com bubble people are employed by Dot-coms, it is a vivid industry 😃

The World Bank forecasts global economic growth by more than 3 percent for the next year.

In time, the market will be reformed, bringing educated people to populate the Solar System all around. I believe that the problem of energy supply will be solved with fusion because there are lots of investments and results are showing. Allegedly, water was found on asteroids, moons, and planets, it can be a common occurrence.

I don't think that the Universe is the last big market, there must be more. In the meantime, I'm sure it can constrain those big NASDAQ high-tech companies from getting filthy rich.

Reaching & loving (reblog 2015.)

Miles of moonwalks & two phonecalls
She comes to me & then we'll see.

Cheap talks & neat drinks
She smiles to me & want more to be.

No tripping & tender kissing
She looks so pretty, so candy & so horny!

Finaly feeling free & she'll text me!

Get a job Simone (reblog 2015.)

Endless greed overtakes senseless being
Old-fashioned drama 4u I'm foreseeing.

Climate summit goes slow and steady but King Coal looms

For an issue that often seems to lurch from crisis to catastrophe, the steady but vital progress at the UN's global climate change talks in Bonn was reassuring. But there remains a very long way to go before the world gets on track to avoid catastrophic levels of global warming.

Use or not to use "WWW." in your website URL?

The World Wide Web (abbreviated 𝖶𝖶𝖶 or the Web) is an information space where documents and other web resources are identified by Uniform Resource Locators (𝖴𝖱𝖫s), interlinked by hypertext links, and can be accessed via the Internet.
I believe you should always promote 𝖧𝖳𝖬𝖫 (𝖶𝖶𝖶 or the Web) technology, preventing it from falling into oblivion. The danger is real because these days 𝖠𝖯𝖯𝖲 are up and 𝖶𝖶𝖶 is getting lower. Still, it is the cheapest, cross-platform technology for distributing all sorts of content. In some alternate reality world without 𝖶𝖶𝖶, 𝖠𝖯𝖯𝖲 would be very lonely, almost impossible for upkeeping, not democratic (meaning very expensive intended for a small group of people). Please be careful and always use "𝖶𝖶𝖶." in front of your brand 𝖴𝖱𝖫.
I don't know why 𝖢𝖤𝖱𝖭 in Switzerland doesn't use it anymore. It was invented there by their employee for scientific purposes.

Is it because of the unfavorable meaning of the original "web" word?

Spider web - Wikipedia

Webs allow a spider to catch prey without having to expend energy by running it down. Thus it is an efficient method of gathering food. However, constructing the web is in itself an energetically costly process because of the large amount of protein required, in the form of silk.

Interdigital webbing - Wikipedia

Interdigital webbing is the presence of membranes of skin between the digits. Normally in mammals, webbing is present in the embryo but resorbed later in development, but in various mammal species it occasionally persists in adulthood. In humans, it can be found in those suffering from 𝖫𝖤𝖮𝖯𝖠𝖱𝖣 syndrome and from Aarskog-Scott syndrome.

Stephen Hawking Thinks AI Could Help Robots Take Over The World

Artifical intelligence in robots could eventually allow them to replace humans.

Nevertheless, please be careful while programming and, as Google would say it: "Do the right thing". I believe that including "𝖶𝖶𝖶." in your website 𝖴𝖱𝖫 is the right thing, it shouldn't be taken for granted.

I'm sure that some Internet gurus call 𝖶𝖶𝖶
veni, vidi, vici (I came, I saw, I conquered😃

Please convert to vegetarian due to Climate Change

The conversion from vegetable material to animal muscle is only a 10% conversion efficiency, in other words: for one pound of steak the cow consume roughly 10 pounds of grass.
Paul Falkowski, Ph. D. Professor of Geological Sciences, Rutgers University
Also, there is a recommendation on the World Health Organization website about avoiding consumption of red meat and processed meat:
The latest IARC review does not ask people to stop eating processed meats but indicates that reducing consumption of these products can reduce the risk of colorectal cancer.
Unfortunately, Climate Change sneaked into our world. Please try to act responsibly.

My view of countries prosperity in the long run

List of countries by population (United Nations) - Wikipedia

This is a list of independent countries and inhabited dependent territories by total population, based on projections published by the United Nations in the 2017 revision of World Population Prospects. Figures refer to the population in a country or area projected according to the "medium fertility" scenario.

If all things would be equal I believe that the best prosperity countries are those with more than 50 million and less than 500 million people, in the centuries time frame.

My view on basic income

Believe in yourself, Trust your bank, Believe in basic income.
Basic Income Performance in Bern, Oct 2013.jpg
On 4 October 2013, Swiss activists from Generation Grundeinkommen organized a performance in Bern in which roughly 8 million coins, one coin representing one person out of Switzerland's population, were dumped on a public square. This was done in celebration of the successful collection of more than 125,000 signatures, forcing the government to hold a referendum on whether or not to incorporate the concept of basic income in the Federal constitution. The measure did not pass, with 76.9% voting against basic income. From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia.

According to the magazine "Street Lamps", the Croatian magazine about homeless people, there is a significant increase in the number of homeless people:
  • 𝖫𝖮𝖭𝖣𝖮𝖭: 50% more families in temporary accommodation than 2010
  • 𝖠𝖳𝖧𝖤𝖭𝖲: 1 of 70 people are now homeless, most of them became homeless since 2011
  • 𝖢𝖮𝖯𝖤𝖭𝖧𝖠𝖦𝖤𝖭: 75% more young homeless people since 2009
  • 𝖢𝖱𝖮𝖠𝖳𝖨𝖠: less than 500 places in homeless shelters, the needs are many times greater
Eurostat (a part of the 𝖤𝖴 🇪🇺 administration, with main responsibilities, are to provide statistical information) is not collecting any statistics on homeless people. It's scandalous.

The only light point is the data obtained from 𝖨𝖭𝖲𝖯 (International Network of Street Papers):
  • 𝖥𝖨𝖭𝖫𝖠𝖭𝖣: 10% less homeless in the last 3 years

Widescreen television broadens one's horizons. In order to stay in the loom, you should definitely rotate your television and change the aspect ratio from 16:9 to 9:16, similar to what it is on a smartphone.

To accomplish a nice healthy body weight one should install a smart scale in a house. I'm sure you can connect it to the Internet and follow your progress in some calendar application.

    My latest peace message

I can imagine how difficult it is, especially in this time of global climate change, but please use fireworks as a rainmaking ritual in desperate need. I believe a fireworks rainmaking ritual without a "Rain dance" can really create nasty side effects.

Retro Realism: View of Twin Peaks revival

The story of the Laura Palmer of the Twin Peaks is tragic. I hope legal system will be established and other elements of the legal state as soon as possible, where the motto "liberté, égalité, fraternité", meaning "liberty, equality, fraternity" will indeed be valid. It seems to me that things are upside down, the legal system protects local potentate, as things stand now, especially from the Zagreb area. Sometimes they say "We are all equal, only some are more equal than others", but all that folk wisdom gives me a headache instead of a fortune. There are many new forensic methods (I really liked 𝖢𝖲𝖨: Miami) and I'm sure if you really want to find the culprit of the tragic death of Laura Palmer, you could in no time. Clearly, such mess brought to you by corruption only encourages clientelism, nepotism, and the overgrowth of public services. Once again, I appeal to the motto "liberté, égalité, fraternité", meaning "liberty, equality, fraternity", in creating a legal state. ( fraternité - HR: bratstvo, pobratimstvo, ne nepotizam )

My view of The Ultimate Engineered Solar System

The Ultimate Engineered Solar System By 𝖯𝖫𝖠𝖭𝖤𝖳𝖯𝖫𝖠𝖭𝖤𝖳
A picture describes a stable system with a maximum of 416 planets in the habitable zone (some call it the Goldilocks zone), orbiting a star-like Sun. It's hard to expect some advanced printing technique to achieve pictured imagination, but one never knows. From my present point of view, something like that would seem too invasive. On the other hand, there are so many beautiful UN countries, and thinking of the constant growth of the population, giving a planet to each nation does not seem like a bad idea. Such a project would remind me of a "One Laptop per Child" initiative, which has, from my perspective, turned out to be a "One Smartphone per Kid".
Deep looking at the picture I think of engagements in the planet's core.

The ultimate tensile strength of carbon nanotubes is increasing and it should serve as a space elevator in the next 100 years. There are so many "Battery Doctor" apps for smartphones that are doing okay and if you have time you can try to do it on your own. I believe the best method for cranking any battery is intensive usage while charging, so for smartphones, the thing that should be effective is YouTube. You can enjoy videos carelessly knowing you're doing a good deed.
