But these benefits come with serious questions. Who controls the data? Can these systems be abused — by governments, insurers, hackers? Will your car raise your premiums if you honk too often? Will it report you for emotional driving? These aren't theoretical concerns — they're inevitable tensions between safety, privacy, and autonomy.
