Wait until dusk, and sit comfortably on an armchair or couch. Turn on relaxing ambient-chill-out music, apply herbal cream if necessary, and light a scented candle far away. Turn off the lights, and close your eyes. Keep your eyes closed, do not fall asleep, and finish the process soon after darkness falls completely.
