Nowadays, it's trendy to make food without glitz. Simple, modern dishes. It's different for vegetarian people like me, like vegetarian for ten years, since I'm careful about what I'm eating. To cook half an hour — cuz imagine how difficult to cook in summer, with all those heat waves coming up. Boiled food is usually healthier than grilled - soups, stews, like they dine in total institutions. It's better for the air conditioner, too.
