My Review of Veganuary

I'm trying to experience this year's Veganuary in more detail. I'll do my best to implement lovely meals in my food plan for the rest of the year. As it is for now, I still enjoy some sort of 'back to basic' cooking - less than five ingredients for any meal. I call it 'cooking originals' because it's my favorite way to feel the taste of vegetables. Also, I don't have to bother myself much with maintaining the pantry - I prefer it compact.

Thank you Veganuary

Ingredients:

  • kilogram of flour
  • 6.5 deciliters of water
  • 10 milliliters of oil
  • dry yeast 7 grams
  • vanilla sugar 10 grams
  • 10 dekagrams of sugar (a pinch for the dough)
  • 40 milliliters of milk for the fillet
  • 20 dekagrams of ground walnuts
  • 20 dekagrams of poppy seeds
  • 20 dekagrams of cottage cheese
  • 20 dekagrams of cocoa (chocolate)
  • 20 dekagrams of jam

This year - I've replaced the carob filling with chocolate filling. I like the carob drink so much, I will drink it, for a change ๐Ÿ˜„ I've put grated white chocolate in cocoa (chocolate) fillet to decorate it even more. I added butter and honey to the cottage cheese when I made the filling; it's delicious.

Green Beans as 'Pod Vegetables' ๐Ÿ˜Š

Let the record show, the claim is established by a regular logical procedure, there is no place for dogmas, mischievousness, I suppose.

We have to cut ties with all kinds of nonsense. Let the record show, the only true peas are green peas. Come on people - please, green beans are nothing more than 'Pod vegetables' as it is available in Wikipedia search ๐Ÿ” or don't you think so

My Vegan Recipes - Rich Cocoa Cake

Dough

  • 1 and a half cups of flour
  • 3 large spoons of cocoa
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1 baking powder
  • 1 vanilla sugar
  • half a teaspoon of salt
  • 5 tablespoons of oil
  • 1 cup of warm water

Cake filling

  • Apricot jam
  • Vegan Chocolate Hazelnut Spread
  • Coconut flour

Turn on the oven at 220 degrees Celsius (425 degrees F). Start making the cake by starting with the dough. Add and mix the dry ingredients, then add oil and water, and mix again (there is no need for the household stand mixer). Lightly oil the bottom of the pan, fill it and place it in the oven. Bake for 30-40 minutes.

Take out the dough from the oven, and wait a bit to cool down. Then, cut it in half, add Vegan Chocolate Hazelnut Spread in the middle, and rejoin. The best thing to do next is to add apricot jam on top, then just finish it with a sprinkling of coconut flour.

My View of Apple ๐ŸŽ ๐Ÿ Products

Homemade Apple Juice, Apple Pie, and Apple Strudel are my favorites that I make myself (except strudel dough ).  I'll perfect it in the future, to make my cooking blog funny ๐Ÿคฃ as possible. I'll be redecorating the kitchen with infinity pattern wallpapers I've designed, they've just got outta press. Check out - this is one of my favorites - Luka Jagor - Digital Art - Pattern
